My order was on backorder and that was inconvenient because I had to wait( I ordered 2 bottles) but the customer service addressed my complaint and gave me prompt response as well as solutions. The oil does not change the taste of my coffee or smoothies. The first day I took it, it was at night and the first thing in the morning was an urge to use the restroom( not usual for me), but since then, I have not experienced it again. It is still early for me to say more about this product.

I like the product very much. One of the 2 bottles had a lot more leakage during transport than the other (maybe 50 ml).
The bottle leaked, I was missing oil, the bottle was a mess, I sent a picture to you and I got sorry we changed the way we packaged it and took at an important piece that secured the oil from leaking, but we are working on it. No discount, no other option, just oops sorry we are working on it. I won't buy this product again. Customer service is everything to me.

Product is what it's supposed to be. Definitely on the pricey side. Frustrating with after order special "deals." Will look for a more economical product in the future.
