Strength Genesis Shipping Policy
At Strength Genesis, we're committed to getting your orders to you efficiently and reliably. All orders placed on StrengthGenesis.com are fulfilled from our dedicated Shipping/Receiving Center. This facility fulfills orders for multiple stores and businesses. Once an order is submitted, it enters the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
When you check out, you can choose the shipping method that best suits your needs:

Worry Free - Super Expedited + Insurance (Recommended for Peace of Mind)

- Expedited handling: Your order receives processing priority, cutting down our usual wait time to just one business day.
- Expedited shipping: Utilizes UPS Ground or a comparable faster carrier service.
- Shipping insurance: Covers your order up to a $150 retail value.
- Priority access to our customer service team.
- Benefits: Life happens—packages can get lost, stolen, or damaged. With this option, if anything goes wrong, just reach out within 30 days of your order's shipment. Our team will work directly with the carrier, and if it can't be resolved, your replacement is on the way—no hassles, no stress.
- This option covers carrier lost or damaged shipments and provides a one-time, no-cost replacement up to $150.

- Important: Economy Shipping offers limited tracking that can be delayed or inaccurate. This method is not insured, and we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

USPS Ground Advantage:
- Delivery Time: Allow 2-3 business days for delivery after our internal handling time.
- Important Note: If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. Significant delays will be noted on the specific product listing on our website.
Order Processing & Handling
We process orders in the order they are received.
- Standard Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been fulfilled.

Expedited Handling: Reduced processing times, cutting down the usual 3-5 day wait to just 1 business day.
- Please note: Expedited Handling speeds up the time your order spends in our warehouse (picking, packing, and transfer to the carrier). It does not affect the carrier's shipping speed, which depends on their schedule.
- If Expedited Handling isn't shown as an option for a specific product, that item isn't eligible. (Note: This is included in the "Worry Free" option.)
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We strongly recommend having your order delivered to a physical address. If you request shipment to a P.O. Box that does not have a forwarding address, your shipment may not arrive or could experience significant delays.
- Disclaimer: We are not responsible for packages shipped to a P.O. Box without a forwarding address.
- If an order shipped to a P.O. Box is returned to us or refused, the order will be refunded, less the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
International Shipping
We currently offer worldwide shipping! Please note that additional shipping fees will apply for all international orders.
Incorrect / Bad Address
If the address you provide at checkout is deemed "invalid" or is missing vital information by our system, we will send an email to you to attempt to correct it.
- If we receive no response after 72 business hours, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- If an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or is refused, the order will be refunded, less the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
We understand that issues can sometimes occur during transit, and we're here to help.
For all damaged items, regardless of your shipping method, please immediately take photos of the damaged shipping package and the damaged item(s). Submitting these pictures to us helps us verify the issue and prevent future damage.
If You Selected "Worry Free - Super Expedited + Insurance."
- Your shipment is insured up to $150 retail value. If your package is lost or damaged, simply contact us within 30 days. Our team will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement. (Remember to include photos of damaged items as noted above.)
If You Selected Another Shipping Method (Economy, USPS Ground Advantage, or Free Shipping)

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged:
- Send the photos you've taken of the shipping package and damaged item(s) to our customer service team. Our team will review the issue and pursue damages and reimbursement from the carrier directly.
- Lost Package (Tracking Does Not Show "Delivered"): If your package is lost or misplaced and the tracking status does not indicate "Delivered", please contact our customer service team. We will work to locate your package for you.

Lost Package (Tracking DOES Show "Delivered"): If your package is lost or misplaced, but the tracking clearly shows "Delivered" by the carrier:
- Open a lost mail search with the carrier that shipped your package. You will receive a claim number—please save this and include it when you contact us.

- Obtain a police report regarding your missing/possibly stolen package from your local police station.
Important Disclaimers
- Order Combination: If multiple orders are placed by the same customer, we reserve the right to combine them into a single shipment for efficiency.
- "Delivered" Status: For uninsured shipments, we are not responsible for lost shipments that show a "Delivered" status via carrier tracking once the steps above have been followed.
Restocking Charge
A 15% (fifteen percent) restocking charge may apply to returned orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy Page.
If the order is "returned to sender," it will be refunded less the cost of shipping, a 15% restocking fee, and an additional $15 charge for return-to-sender processing.

- Made from a single recyclable type (#4 LDPE). Simply deflate and recycle where accepted in your area.
