Strength Genesis: Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries automatically on the first day of each new billing cycle, unless you choose to pay in advance.

Minimum Commitment: To maintain your subscription discount, a minimum of two (2) completed and shipped orders is required.

Early Cancellation: If you choose to cancel before your second completed order, your initial order converts to a standard "One-Time Purchase." You will be charged the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard retail price at the time of purchase.

How to Cancel: After your 2nd order, you can cancel at any time. Our process is simple, compliant, and does not require a phone call. You can manage and cancel your subscription directly by logging into your account at strengthgenesis.com/account/login under the “Manage Subscriptions” tab.

Timing: You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the next cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed for shipment.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

Cancellation Window: Once an order is submitted, it quickly enters our automated fulfillment system. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet entered the fulfillment process.

Fulfillment & Refunds: If the pre-order has already been fulfilled and processed by our shipping center, it cannot be canceled or modified. However, once you receive the item, you can request a return within our 30-day window, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria.
