Is this like LMNT or Liquid IV?

It's built differently for the 40+ user. Zero sugar (Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier is sweetened with cane sugar and dextrose). 600 mg sodium instead of LMNT's 1,000 mg. And 100 mg of magnesium per stick, versus LMNT's 60 mg.

Will it make me bloated or thirsty like high-sodium mixes?

No — 600mg sodium is a balanced dose, not the mega-sodium approach. Built for daily use, not just heavy sweating.

I take blood pressure medication or watch my sodium. Is this okay for me?

Each stick has 600 mg sodium and 300 mg potassium — about a quarter of the daily value for sodium.
