Before I discovered this fish oil I was wearing an ACE bandage on my right knee to keep it from hurting. I had also received three shots in my left knee thru the years due to pain. Now, no ace bandage and no shots! I weigh 150# and take two capsules every morning. I also give one capsule daily to my 100# boxer who has had elbow dysplasia surgery on both of his front legs. The cold pressing in lieu of a heat process is the secret. I consider this product a MUST HAVE for my health!
