Strength Genesis: Returns & Refunds Policy

At Strength Genesis, your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. All shipping and receiving for StrengthGenesis.com are managed by Live it Fit LLC.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  • Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personal items, and items identified as “final sale” cannot be returned.
  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Strength Genesis reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. We may refuse packages not returned in new condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please click "Chat with us" to reach our agents. Please put in the order number and all details of the return.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label. Please note that the cost of this prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us right away, providing your order number and a picture of the damaged items so we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Altered apparel
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products). "Personal Items" are only eligible for a full refund if returned unused and unopened.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (e.g., aerosols, alcohol-based products, due to air transportation restrictions)
  • Sale items or items identified as "final sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used products, unless there is a confirmed quality issue.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, we offer you a choice:

  • Full Refund with Store Credit: By choosing store credit, you'll receive the full value of your return without any fees deducted.

  • Refund to Original Payment Method: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a 15% return and restocking fee will be applied.

Please note that both the original shipping fee and the cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days for your return to be processed and for the refund to be issued. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Special Circumstances

  • Partial Return of Bundled Purchases: In the case of a partial return of a bundled purchase, any kept items will revert to their original, pre-bundle pricing, and the difference will be refunded to you.
  • Return and Restocking Fee: A return and restocking fee will apply to all accepted returns.
  • Return to Sender: Any package returned to sender will incur an additional $15 charge for return-to-sender processing.
  • Holiday Returns (2025-2026): For purchases made between November 15, 2025, and December 25, 2025, you will have an extended return policy until January 15, 2026, or 30 days from receipt of merchandise, whichever is later. All other terms and conditions of this policy remain in effect.
  • Gift Returns: Gift returns must be made by the original purchaser, with no exceptions. If you are the original purchaser and do not have an order number, please contact us.
