Quick Summary: By subscribing, you agree to automatic recurring charges based on your chosen frequency. A 2-order minimum commitment is required to keep your discount. You can cancel anytime at strengthgenesis.com/account/login, but cancelling before the 2nd order will result in a charge for the "One-Time Purchase" price difference.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Strength Genesis subscription plan. By enrolling in and maintaining a subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. Subscription & Billing
Recurring Subscription:
Your subscription automatically renews for the same duration as your initial term (e.g., monthly, quarterly, etc.) until cancelled.
Automatic Billing:
You authorise Strength Genesis to charge your payment method for the subscription fee, taxes, and shipping on the first day of each new billing cycle.
Price & Plan Changes:
We may modify pricing or plans with at least 30 days' notice via email. Continued use after this period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. Delivery & Savings
Delivery Schedule:
Shipments coincide with your billing frequency (e.g., once every month or once every three months). You can manage these settings in your account.
Recurring Savings:
The discount percentage agreed upon at checkout applies to all subsequent orders, provided the account remains active and in good standing.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Minimum Commitment:
A minimum of two (2) completed orders (charged and shipped) is required to maintain subscription benefits.
Early Cancellation (Conversion to One-Time Purchase):
If you cancel before the 2-order minimum, your initial order converts to a "One-Time Purchase." You will be charged the difference between the discounted price paid and the standard retail price at the time of purchase.
Standard Cancellation Process:
After your 2nd order, you may cancel at any time. You can cancel directly via your online account at strengthgenesis.com/account/login under the “Manage Subscriptions” tab. You must cancel at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.
Our cancellation process is designed in compliance with the FTC to be simple and accessible; no phone call or manual approval is required.
Refunds:
Subscription fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed for shipment.
