This product is a game changer. I happened to see Dr. Derek Alessi on tv some time ago advertising this Macadamia Nut Oil and I purchased it for better health benefits and the high heat cooking ability. Dr. Alessi did not mislead by saying it has a high cooking temp (I usually roast around 375-425) tastes like butter, and is beneficial for your health. It really gives me that rich buttery flavor on my foods. I use it to roast veggies and chicken. I sauté almost everything with it and I use it as a salad dressing. I’ve purchased it many times and will continue to do so.

I love the Macadamia nut oil. I use it for sauteing my garlic and mushrooms. I use it along with olive oil and balsamic vinegar in my salads. Sometimes before I have breakfast I take two tablespoon straight. It has a wonderful taste and it has wonderful properties for the health. Thank you for this wonderful product.

Completely enthralled with the Macademia nut oil and use it exclusively now where my EVOO would be to fragile for the heat. Enhances taste without any overpowering and the bonus is how much better this cold pressed oil is for my body. And today I received the MCT oil- put a tbsp in my morning black coffee- not hungry until lunch...and NO queasy nauseous feeling that other brands caused in the past! Wonderful products!

I got several of these last Christmas for gifts and it went over so well that this year I ordered the case of 12. I love the fact that if I need to cook something at high heat I can do so with this oil. It is also very good for my body, unlike all the seed oils that are so so very bad for my inflammation. The flavor is almost non-existent, so it does not interfere with the flavors of what I am cooking.

I reallly enjoy cooking great steaks. I use a sousvide for about 2 hours then will pull the steaks out and sear them on a cast iron pan then baste them as well. I’ve been using avocado oil which does have a higher smoke point this Macadamia Oil has a better buttery taste and leaves a better sear. Not sure why but tyts what I need when I’m searing. Great product. Highly recommend it to those who cook and are looking for a very high quality product.

Love the oil. Wish that the caps didn't leak during shipping. Bottles were in a sealed bag that contained most of the leaked oil. Only a small stain on the custom cradle for the bottle.
