There is little doubt that plastic water bottles are a convenient solution.

Furthermore, it’s sometimes difficult to get in all of your water recommendations without having a portable method of doing so – hence the single-use plastic water bottle.

However, it has been known for years that plastic bottles containing BPA & BPS are far from safe.

Dangers can include:

Increased estrogen can result in increased body fat and increased risk of certain cancers
Decreased fertility which can affect both genders
Increased risk of thyroid disorder
