Salads need not be limited to mere accompaniments or reserved solely for the warm summer season.
They can serve as substantial, satisfying meals throughout the entire year, making them a valuable addition to your weight loss journey.
This Keto Harvest salad embodies the flavors of autumn in a delightful bowl.
Packed with chicken, avocado, and goat cheese, it provides a healthy dose of fats, which can help you feel full and satisfied for longer, reducing the urge to snack on calorie-dense foods.
The radishes, green onions, and pecans not only add nutrition and crunch but also contribute to the salad's overall fiber content, promoting a sense of fullness and aiding in digestion.
This robust harvest salad is an excellent choice for those looking to manage their weight.
Whether enjoyed on its own or as a complementary side dish for your Thanksgiving celebration, it's a versatile option that can support your weight loss goals year-round.

Strength Genesis Origin Salad Dressing & Marinade
Why not keep your healthy fitness goals – drop body fat and have a delicious salad?
Most dressing flaws:
- Oil is not 100% EVOO
- They may contain canola oil, soybean oil, palm kernel oil
- Contains sugar, high fructose corn syrup, sugar alcohols or chemical artificial sweeteners
I wanted to create a great-tasting dressing that could also be used as a marinade – and help individuals consume some of the healthiest nutrients that nourish their body.
