I mention this because if you are eating poorly or in a bad place, it’s just 2 days from turning around and removing sugar from your diet.
Now, I don’t mean that you’ll get to your goal weight, body fat and eliminate underlying conditions within 2 days but it does mean that your sugar CRAVING will be diminished within 2 days.
After 2 Days:
It will be easier for you to maintain a good diet, without carb cravings and with better control.

Strategies to Get Through the 48 Hour Withdrawal:

Take Omega-3 Cold Pressed Fish Oil in one of two ways:
A) Either take the full dosage of the Omega-3 Cold Pressed Fish Oil after dinner
B) Split dosage – 1/2 in AM and 1/2 in PM
