Shipping Policy - Strength Genesis

All orders placed on StrengthGenesis.com website are fulfilled via a Shipping/Receiving Center. This facility fulfills orders for multiple stores and businesses. The buyer reserves the right to select how an item is shipped before an order is submitted. Once an order is submitted, it enters the fulfillment process and cannot be changed.

At checkout, the buyer can choose from the following shipping methods:

  • FREE Shipping for orders over $99 (3-5 business days) **

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in processing the shipment of your order, it will be noted on the specific product listing on the website.

If Priority Handling is not shown as an option in a product listing, then that specific item is not eligible for upgraded shipping.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

If the buyer requests shipment to a P.O. BOX that does not have a forwarding address, the shipment may not arrive or experience significant delays. We strongly recommend having your order delivered to a physical address. We are not responsible for packages shipped to a P.O. Box without a forwarding address. If an order is returned to the sender or refused, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping.

Shipment Processing/Handling

Processing time can take up to 5 business days unless noted otherwise on the specific product listing on the website.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the contiguous U.S.

Bad / Wrong Address

If the address provided by the customer at the time of checkout is deemed “invalid” or missing vital information by our system, an email will be sent in an attempt to correct the address. After 72 business hours, if no response, a courtesy call will be made to correct the address. If after 24 additional business hours, there is still no response, the order will be canceled and refund issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If an order is returned to the sender or refused, the order will be refunded less the cost of shipping.

Lost / Damaged

Damaged: If your order is damaged in transit, the customer should immediately take photos of the shipping package and take photos of the damaged item. The customer should send these photos to our customer service team. Our customer service team will review and pursue damages and reimbursement from the carrier directly and immediately ship a replacement product.


Lost (Not Delivered): If your package is lost or misplaced and the tracking does not show “Delivered”, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please wait 30 days from the date of shipment. If after 30 days, the tracking still does not show “Delivered” then we still issue a replacement product or issue a refund.


Lost (Delivered): If your package is lost or misplaced and the tracking does show “Delivered”, we apologize for the inconvenience. Since the tracking has been marked as delivered by the carrier, before we proceed, the customer must do the following simple steps:


1) Please open a lost mail search with the carrier in which it was shipped. You will receive a claim #. Please save this number and include it in the response email.

2) Please obtain a police report regarding your missing/possibly stolen package from your local police station.


Once we receive confirmation of the missing mail claim number and a copy of the police report, please allow 1-2 business days for our mail fraud department to review the documents. All approved requests will immediately be added back into the shipping queue and reshipped to the customer.

*Flat Rate Shipping is the standard 7-10 business day option at checkout. All orders are shipped in the most cost-effective way. If multiple orders are placed, we reserve the right to combine the orders into a single shipment. Orders are processed in the order they are received.  We are not responsible for lost shipments that show “Delivered” status via carrier tracking.


***Priority Handling / Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days) You will automatically receive Priority Handling, which will automatically bump the order to the front of the shipping queue. Plus, the shipping service will be changed to 3-5 business days. (Not including weekends or holidays) This is the fastest option.

Any shipping fees will not be refunded in the case of undeliverability.
