It’s extremely easy to make and delicious with a few variations. It will also help you with weight control and to be healthy.
I wouldn’t dream of having this without either protein on the side or on top of the salad. Try Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Pork, Fish etc.
This meal can be used as part of a healthy diet ANYTIME and ANY DAY! The key is in the cooking oil and salad Dressing
